French Salt Cellar
Every French cook has a salt cellar sitting on the kitchen counter within easy reach of the stove. Ours makes a stylish and colorful place to store fleur de sel (sea salt) or other gourmet salts for your recipes. Use the small handcarved wood scoop (comes with each cellar), or just reach in and take a pinch of salt with your fingers. We have one in our kitchen and don’t know what we did before we got it. Makes a wonderful gift for the chef. A small, family-owned company makes these for us. Cellar is dishwasher safe.
